Job summary

KLAY Preschool and Daycare seeks a dedicated facilitator to lead IEP development and ensure alignment of therapy goals with classroom execution across centres. The role involves guiding LAP facilitators, drafting IEPs, and driving consistent progress documentation.

You will conduct structured parent meetings, review IEP quality, and standardize goal setting and progress tracking to deliver measurable child outcomes in a dynamic early childhood environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in assessment for individual children.
• Strong listening and observation skills to interpret needs.
• Understanding and application of Applied Behavior Analysis concepts.
• Ability to adapt strategies to different classroom settings.

Responsibilities
