Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced leader to provide governance and strategic direction for a major airport development program. You will act as the primary interface with the client, executives, and regulators, ensuring delivery across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, ORAT, and handover.

• 25+ years of experience in major infrastructure, aviation or airport developments.
• 10+ years in executive project leadership roles on airport projects or mega-projects.
• Proven track record managing multi-billion-dollar construction programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive governance experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design, construction, systems, commissioning and operational readiness.

• Drive resolution of critical project risks, disputes, and stakeholder issues.
• Ensure successful achievement of operational readiness and project objectives.
