Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a senior professional to lead stakeholder engagement for major infrastructure and urban development projects in India. You will interact with government agencies, regulators, and authorities to secure approvals and manage complex interfaces with project teams and external parties.

The role demands extensive experience in regulatory liaison, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a deep understanding of statutory approval processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, urban planning, public administration or related field is required.
• Minimum 15 years of stakeholder, regulatory, or authority liaison experience.
• Demonstrated experience working with government agencies and regulatory authorities.
• Experience supporting major infrastructure, aviation, transport, or urban development projects.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of statutory approval processes and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with key stakeholders, government agencies, regulators, utility authorities, airport operators, and statutory bodies.
• Develop stakeholder management and authority engagement plans.
• Manage approvals, permits, licenses, and regulatory submissions.

Education
