Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Commerce/Economics, Education, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in development sector project management or CSR initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary projects and lead diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, project monitoring and reporting capabilities.
