Job summary

AGDATA, LP is seeking a Program Operations Specialist to support all Program Operations functions. This role sits in a fast-paced operations team that manages program calculations and payment fulfillment; you will be a subject matter expert delivering high-quality service to our clients while balancing business and technology perspectives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, create and test program calculations, assist QA with testing, run basic SQL queries, and help configure client-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (≥3 years handling data).
• Intermediate Excel skills: VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Basic to intermediate SQL experience.
• Familiar with industry best practices.
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Clear communication of project requirements.
• Team-oriented with innovative solution mindset.
• Experience with JIRA and Agile practices is highly desired.

• Assist with testing supplemental payment materials (e.g., checks, payment statements).
• Assist with client-facing portal configurations.
• Triage and respond to or assign tier 2 customer support requests.
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements; may include onboarding and feature deployments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize operations.

This position is a part of a fast-paced operations team that manages program calculations and payment fulfillment. Team members will serve as subject matter experts and will provide high-quality service to our clients.

You must be able to look at the big picture from both business and technology perspective, possess strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will..

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
• Create and test program calculations in the program calculation tool.
• Assist Quality Assurance Engineers with calculation testing.
• Perform basic SQL queries.
• Assist with testing supplemental payment materials, like checks and payment statements.
• Assist with client facing portal configurations.
• Triage and respond to or assign tier 2 customer support requests related to Program Operations.
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements. May include client/solution onboarding, as well as new feature deployments impacting AGDATA’s program operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

Our ideal candidate will have..

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of at least 3 years working with data
• MS Excel experience, specifically intermediate Excel skills like VLOOKUP, pivot tables
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Basic or intermediate experience of SQL
• Understanding of and adherence to industry best practices
• Ability to effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
• Can establish project requirements and communicate them clearly and effectively.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions and thrive in a team environment
• Experience with JIRA and Agile practices is highly desired
