DATAECONOMY Inc in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to support AML Transformation programs, collaborating with technical and business teams in an agile environment to deliver data-driven solutions for compliance.

The role emphasizes data modeling, data quality, and data governance, with hands-on work on SQL, PySpark, and Databricks, and offers hybrid work and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Data analysis, data warehousing and data modelling.
• Strong experience with SQL, BigData (PySpark) and NoSQL DB queries.
• Experience with Hadoop, S3 and NoSQL is a plus.
• Knowledge of data mining, data governance and data quality.

Responsibilities

We are looking for self-motivated hands-on Data Analyst for state street’s AML Transformation program. Candidate will closely work with Technical and business teams in an agile fashion to develop Technical solution for AML Transaction Monitoring and other compliance Program.

What will you be responsible for?

• Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for data sets.
• Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, Perform requirement analysis specific to data modeling, data quality and data analysis.
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, data lineage and data dictionary.
• Assume the ownership from data acquisition to data consumption.
• Working in multi-location agile environment in alignment with business and technology teams.
