A global communication platform provider is seeking a Program Quality & Process Excellence Manager for its Bangalore office. This full-time position focuses on overseeing Product Development quality management, with responsibilities including setting up quality metrics and performing audits. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies and product development processes. This role offers the flexibility of remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We’re now looking for someone that is ready for new exciting challenges and willing to enter our family as Program Quality & Process Excellence Manager. This position is full time and will be based in our Bangalore office (during COVID-19 crisis, the position will be remote-based).

Job Requirement:

• Working experience in both Product development and service organization – Ideal, Preferable is product development (15-18 years)
• Experienced in contributing or setting up Quality Management system or Product development Framework in SW Product development organizations
• New Product Introduction (NPI) Quality management experience
• Worked in Enterprise SW Development product programs
• Prepared organization/teams for SW/Product Quality certifications like ISO etc.,
• Quality management of Cross functional matrix Virtual teams
• Worked with teams working in Agile methods, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• Preferable – Experience in setting up and/or coaching teams on Agile practices.
• Setup quality metrics based on a QMS and Agile interweaved
• Perform functional and program team audits
• Worked with Quality management systems (QMS) associated with SW product development
