Job summary
Kenvue is seeking a Lead, Digital Solutions-Support in Bengaluru. You will lead large-scale programs, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of digital initiatives across enterprise platforms. Strong stakeholder mgmt, governance, and executive communication are required.
Demonstrated expertise in digital platforms, data analytics, and business intelligence is preferred. Hybrid work arrangement with a competitive rewards package and opportunities for growth are offered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT field.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading program and project management in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, planning, execution, and communication.
- Experience with digital platforms and enterprise solutions.
- Nice to have: Azure, Power BI and SQL knowledge.
- Experience with SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive storytelling.
Responsibilities

- Provide hypercare support post go-live ensuring stability and smooth transition.
- Establish governance, cadence reviews, steering committee updates, and exec reporting.
- Serve as primary point of contact for senior stakeholders with clear communication.
- Support strategic planning translating business objectives into roadmaps.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for leadership.
- Maintain strong documentation including project plans, RAID logs, SOPs, and status reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and time management.
- Maintain high attention to detail and quality.

Digital Solutions Manager
Asia Pacific, India, Karnataka, Bangalore

- Lead and manage large-scale programs and project across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely deliver, quality and adherence to scope.
- Own program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation and resource allocation.
- Drive hypercare support post go-live, ensuring issue resolution, stability and smooth transition to a steady state.
- Establish and manage governance frameworks, including cadence reviews, steering committee updates, and executive reporting.
- Act as a primary point of contract for senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication alignment and expectation management.
- Support strategic planning initiatives, translating business objectives into executable roadmaps.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentation for leadership and executive audiences.
- Ensure strong documentation standards, including project plans, RAID logs, SOPs and status reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, time management and execution discipline.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, IT, or related field.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Program management and project management in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Stakeholder management, strategic thinking, planning, execution and communication skills.
- Exceptional presentation, documentation and time management skills.
- Experience in digital platforms and enterprise solutions.
- Good to have- Azure, Power BI and SQL knowledge.
- Good to have- Solid understanding of digital solution, data analytics and business intelligence concepts.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365
- Advanced PowerPoint skills (executive storytelling, visual clarity, structured messaging)
- Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
- Preferred CPG/Supply Chain domain expertise.
- Understanding of Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery models
- SharePoint site design, page layouts, document management, and permissions
- Familiarity with Power Automate, OneDrive, Teams integration (preferred)
