Computacenter AG & Co. oHG in Bengaluru seeks a Technical Analyst - Quality, Data Analytics to drive group QA initiatives and data-driven improvements. You will coordinate end-to-end quality management for key programs and interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
Role focuses on applying Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and ITIL principles, with exposure to data analytics tools. Work location is in our Bangalore office with a global support framework.

This role is for the RSO Ops Excellence Service Line that primarily focuses on driving group led Quality Assurance initiatives for either internal to our organisation’s capability and processes contributing to the customer service delivery. With open access to thought leaders and major industry players you’ll get exposure to leading edge technologies, frameworks, standards, data driven methodical tenets, which will enable you to advance your skills.
