Description

Reporting to the India Sales BPR Lead, this role sits within the Strategy, Automation & Insights (SAI) organization. You will partner closely with cross‑functional business and technology teams — across India, Worldwide, and EMEIA — to design and deliver future‑ready solutions & systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end-to-end BPR programs from concept to execution, aligned with strategic business priorities.
• Lead end-to-end program management and implementation of global initiatives.
• Collaborate with our channel businesses, central teams, and functional leaders to see opportunities, build transformation roadmaps, and drive adoption.
• Define targets and success metrics; monitor post‑implementation performance to ensure sustainable results.
• Establish robust governance frameworks, manage risks, track breakthroughs, and provide executive‑level updates.
• Lead change management through partner engagement, training, and communication.
• Help define and build the future India stack.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, Operations Excellence, or Process Transformation.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and partner management skills.
• Strong business insight, analytical perspective, and results orientation.

• MBA or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven success managing enterprise‑wide BPR or digital transformation initiatives.
• Technically inclined with the ability to understand and implement complex process and system solutions.
• Experience leading cross‑regional or global programs in a complex matrix environment.
• Ability to influence and align cross‑functional and global teams without direct authority.
• Experience with workflow automation, analytics, and visualization tools such as Miro, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and influencing capabilities.
