• Collaborate with our channel businesses, central teams, and functional leaders to see opportunities, build transformation roadmaps, and drive adoption.
• Define targets and success metrics; monitor post-implementation performance to ensure sustainable results.
• Establish robust governance frameworks, manage risks, track breakthroughs, and provide executive-level updates.
• Lead change management through partner engagement, training, and communication.
• Help define and build the future India stack.

Reporting to the India Sales BPR Lead, this role sits within the Strategy, Automation & Insights (SAI) organization. • Technically inclined with the ability to understand and implement complex process and system solutions.
• Experience leading cross-regional or global programs in a complex matrix environment.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional and global teams without direct authority.
• Experience with workflow automation, analytics, and visualization tools such as Miro, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and influencing capabilities.
