Hero MotoCorp is seeking a Program Manager for Process Implementation & Improvement (PMO) in Jaipur. The role focuses on accelerating NPD by driving end-to-end R&D processes, implementing continual improvements, and guiding cross-functional teams through change management and IT-enabled adoption.

The position requires MBA (desired), BE/BTech in Mech/Automotive, and PMP certification is a plus. You will present strategic updates to CXO leadership and influence global manufacturing excellence.

Formación

• MBA or BE/BTech in Mech/Automotive.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
• Strong ability to drive end-to-end PMO processes in R&D.

Pay Band E4 to M2 Role

A purpose driven role for you

• Drive the end-to-end R&D processes to accelerate new product development (NPD).
• Continuous process improvements and lead implementation through cross-functional workshops, change management, and IT systems adoption.
• Conduct process audits to evaluate performance and establish actionable short- and long-term plans that continuously optimize project Quality, Cost, and Delivery Time (QCT).
• Deliver weekly/monthly strategic presentations and backup documentation to CXO leadership, driving the implementation of executive guidelines and feedback.

A Day in the life

Business Processes Re-Engineering to aid New product development

Leverage tool support to enable process improvement execution.

Audit and validate process adoption to ensure operational compliance and success.

Deliver strategic presentations to CXO leadership and execute resulting guidance across operations.

Academic Qualification & Experience

MBA - Desired
