Job summary

Hero MotoCorp Ltd. in Jaipur seeks a Program Manager - Process Implementation & Improvement (PMO) to drive end-to-end R&D processes for new product development, lead cross-functional workshops, and oversee change management and IT system adoption.

You will conduct process audits, deliver strategic updates to CXO leadership, and translate executive guidelines into actionable plans that improve quality, cost, and delivery time across operations.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent required; PMP is a plus.
• BE/BTech in Mechanical/Automotive field.
• Experience with PMO, process improvement, and change management.

Responsibilities

A purpose driven role for you

• Drive the end-to-end R&D processes to accelerate new product development (NPD).
• Continuous process improvements and lead implementation through cross-functional workshops, change management, and IT systems adoption.
• Conduct process audits to evaluate performance and establish actionable short- and long-term plans that continuously optimize project Quality, Cost, and Delivery Time (QCT).
• Deliver weekly/monthly strategic presentations and backup documentation to CXO leadership, driving the implementation of executive guidelines and feedback.

A Day in the life

Leverage tool support to enable process improvement execution.
Audit and validate process adoption to ensure operational compliance and success.
Deliver strategic presentations to CXO leadership and execute resulting guidance across operations.

Academic Qualification & Experience
