Rocket Learning is seeking a Program Manager PMU for West Bengal, based in Kolkata (onsite). The role focuses on coordinating with state stakeholders, managing program activities end-to-end, and delivering trainings for AWWs and officials.

The candidate should have 2–3 years in the development sector, Bengali fluency, and strong Excel/Canva skills to develop dashboards and progress reports for senior officials.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in the development sector or related public programs.
• Must be fluent in Bengali.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Rocket Learning and State Dept for approvals, documentation, and updates.
• Coordinate with district officials for program activities monitoring and rollout.
• Manage projects/workstreams end-to-end and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for review meetings and stakeholders.
• Draft official letters, notes, and briefs for departmental communication.
• Support design and delivery of training for frontline workers and officials.

Job Summary

Program Manager PMU West Bengal. Location - Kolkata/Onsite.

Responsibilities

Key results

• Establishing strong connections with state stakeholders officials.
• Strengthen coordination across the state, district field level for smooth program rollout.
• Become trusted advisor on ECCE.
• Ensure timely quality execution of program activities.
• Support planning delivery of trainings workshops.
• Track data, document progress share regular updates.

Key activities

• Liaise between RL and State Dept. for approvals, documentation, and updates.
• Communicating regularly with all key stakeholders alongside senior officials.
• Coordination with district officials for program activities monitoring.
• Taking ownership of the projects/workstreams and managing it end-to-end.
• Prepare dashboards, reports presentations for review meetings.
• Developing and maintaining relations with multiple government officials.
• Draft official letters, notes, and briefs for departmental communication.
• Support the design delivery of training for AWWs, Supervisors, CDPOs other officials.
