Job summary

Your role will go beyond technical deployment as you will also drive the adoption journey to ensure full Electronic Batch Record (EBR) coverage across all sites. You will operate as the Release Train Engineer (RTE) for a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) and oversee three cross-functional pods: Technical, Business, and Adoption. This position requires expertise in MES platforms, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, SAFe agile delivery at scale, and organizational change management.
