Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a experienced Program Manager for M&A Integration in Bangalore to lead integrated delivery planning, RAID management, and governance across active programs. You will drive milestone accountability, prepare executive updates, and coordinate with workstream leads.

The role requires 8+ years in program management, familiarity with enterprise transformation, and certification preferences (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile). Hybrid work may be considered based on client needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience, preferably within consulting or enterprise transformation environments.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream technology or M&A integration programs.
• Strong expertise in RAID management, integrated planning, dependency management, and executive reporting.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Planview).
• Ability to synthesize complex delivery information into concise executive-level updates.
• Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in healthcare and/or other regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the integrated master schedule across active integration programs and workstreams.
• Establish and maintain RAID logs, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, mitigations, owners, and escalation paths.
• Drive milestone accountability through coordination with workstream leads and validation of delivery status.
• Facilitate program status meetings, planning sessions, dependency reviews, and risk-management workshops.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, milestone reports, and action trackers.
• Identify schedule risks, critical-path impacts, resource constraints, and dependency conflicts.
• Recommend recovery plans, sequencing adjustments, and governance interventions.
• Support client-facing PMO activities with a focus on transparency, delivery outcomes, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain program documentation, decision logs, governance records, and audit-ready artifacts.

We are currently seeking a Program Manager - M & A Integration to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Program Manager - Lead Role Summary Consulting program management lead responsible for integrated delivery planning, RAID management, milestone tracking, and execution governance across active M&A integration programs.
