Job summary

NTT DATA Global Delivery Services Ltd in Bangalore, India, seeks an Integration Lead / Program Director to drive end-to-end M&A integration programs across business and technology workstreams, from planning through stabilization.

You will represent the delivery organization in QBRs and executive reviews, manage a phased integration roadmap, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver clear executive reporting on readiness, benefits realization, and post-close optimization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in program leadership, consulting, transformation, or M&A integration.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise integration or separation programs.
• Experience engaging with executive governance forums, QBRs, and steering committees.
• Strong knowledge of Day 1, Day 100, TSA exit, legal entity separation, and post-merger integration activities.

• Deliver clear executive-level reporting, decision support, and status updates.

Integration Lead / Program Director Role Summary

Senior consulting leader responsible for overall program leadership and execution across M&A integration initiatives.

Represents the delivery organization in QBRs, governance forums, and senior stakeholder meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in program leadership, consulting, transformation, or M&A integration.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise integration or separation programs.
• Experience engaging with executive governance forums, QBRs, and steering committees.
• Strong knowledge of Day 1, Day 100, TSA exit, legal entity separation, and post-merger integration activities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across business and technology domains.
• Strong facilitation, executive communication, stakeholder management, and issue-resolution skills.
• PMP, PgMP, MSP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Healthcare or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
