You will drive weekly and quarterly updates, ensure adherence to scope, budget, and quality, and mentor team members.

We are currently seeking a SAP Project Program Associate Director to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Responsibilities

• Proactive SAP delivery executive with an appetite to understand and learn new technologies (SAP & Non-SAP)
• A leader who can direct and monitor large offshore team that directly or indirectly reports to him/her
• An effective communicator who can interact and be an advocate for US based client leadership team
• Detail oriented with ability to track and bring to closure all things related to Operational Sustainment and Ticket resolutions
• Actively engage with NTT leadership team onshore to help navigate issues and escalations
• A proactive go-getter in identifying process and efficiency improvement opportunities
• Adept at identifying and spearheading automation and AI agent centric mundane activities/processes
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly status updates to senior client leadership team
• Seek and identify potential team performance issues and proactively address them before they become an escalation(internal or client related)
• Ability to scale and span across multiple clients to ensure team performance is consistent and poredictable
• Manage the overall delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide coaching and support to team members to promote professional development and effective teamwork.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to enhance project outcomes.
