We are currently seeking a Project Program Management Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Data Program Consultant Role Summary

The ideal candidate will oversee multiple parallel data streams, manage senior client stakeholders, and forecast incoming staffing demand. We need a professional capable of embedded, consultative client engagement. A critical objective for this role is building strong client trust, thereby enabling systematically routing new resource demand away from competitors and toward NTT DATA. We are looking for an exceptionally senior profile with comprehensive program governance experience.

Technical Competencies

• AI/ML Fundamentals – Understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycle (training, validation, deployment), and common AI frameworks
• Data Literacy – Ability to understand data pipelines, data quality requirements, and data governance principles
• Technical Architecture Awareness – Understanding of system integration, APIs, microservices, and scalability considerations

Delivery & Execution Competencies

• Iterative Planning & Experimentation Mindset – Ability to manage uncertainty inherent in AI projects (e.g., model performance is not guaranteed)
• Stakeholder Management – Translating complex technical concepts into business language for non-technical stakeholders
• Risk & Dependency Management – Identifying AI-specific risks (data availability, model drift, ethical concerns, regulatory compliance)
