Job summary

INFINX in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Program Manager - IT to lead complex IT programs within a healthcare environment. You will oversee end-to-end IT project delivery, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and ensure security and governance across initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, ITIL/PM certifications, and strong skills in vendor management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• ITIL and project management practices awareness.
• Experience in US healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of WAN, LAN, information security, hardware, Windows, telecom, and BPO/KPO legacy applications.
• Proficient in resource planning and work allocation.
• Experience in IT projects and rollout management.
• Vendor/contract management and IT procurement liaison experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• PMP/PRINCE2 / ITIL V3 foundation certification is a must.

Responsibilities

• Track team productivity & efficiency and initiate corrective action.
• Motivate and mentor team members.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct technical discussions with stakeholders on solution selection and PoC.
• Drive IT projects and rollouts end to end.
• Ensure and drive adoption of IT projects and rollout updates.
• Prepare executive reports for projects/contracts/procurement and budget.
• Record IT assets and maintain inventory.
• Perform end-to-end procurement formalities and liaise with finance for vendor payments; track warranties/AMC.
• Project management to deliver new implementations, expansions, change requests etc.
• Ensure IT security practice adherence.
• Prepare and update process documentation and ITIL practices.
