Job summary

Iron Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project planning, coordination, and governance for customer-focused computing infrastructure platforms. You will manage onboarding, daily performance tracking, escalation handling, and drive CSAT through proactive stakeholder engagement.

The role requires 8-10 years of experience, ITIL certification, and strong capability in dashboards, SLA management, and IT operations. PMP/Prince2 is a plus in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• ITIL certified; PMP or Prince2 is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; presentable.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project planning and coordination with activities and resources.

Experience Required: 8-10 years.

• End-to-end Project Planning and Coordination (Activities and Resources)
• Responsible for overall project processes and deliverables.
• Project onboarding, daily tracking of performance, proactive communication and escalation management
• Drive the highest level of customer satisfaction and be a customer-referenceable account.
• Issue identification, resolution and stakeholder management.
• Project kick-off, weekly governance, documentation, reports and dashboards.
• Partnership with customers and stakeholders with a customer-focused mindset.
• Process and Service Improvement and Identification of new business opportunities.
• BGV, Compliance, training and onboarding as per customer process.
• Timely escalation to internal teams to take necessary actions.
• Timely invoicing, collection of payments, and billing data to be sent on the 1st working day of the month to the customer.
• Daily status reporting to SDM.
• Quality control, knowledge management, and best-practice sharing.
• IT Operations and Service Operation.
• Handling Change Requests in Project Management.
• Maintain Project documentation and course folders, SLA, PMS.

Skillset:

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or related field
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certified
• PMP or Prince 2 certified (good to have)
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills. Should be smart and presentable.
