Job summary

Amazon India Limited seeks a Program Manager II for Easy Ship to own end-to-end programs, define KPIs, and drive performance initiatives. You will build metrics, identify defects, and conduct deep-dives to drive improvements in last mile delivery. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication are essential.

The role requires 3+ years in program management, data-driven process improvements, and advanced Excel and SQL skills. Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.

• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
