• Drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management of programs.
• Maintain executive reporting and governance reviews to monitor health.

About the Role

Happiest Minds is looking for an experienced Program Manager / Delivery Manager with a strong background in the Insurance domain and proven expertise in managing large-scale IT Application Development, Modernization, and Support Programs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading enterprise application delivery engagements, managing cross-functional teams, driving customer success, and overseeing end-to-end program governance. Experience managing programs built on Microsoft/.NET technologies and working closely with Insurance business stakeholders is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale application development, enhancement, modernization, and support programs.
• Own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, quality standards, and budget commitments.
• Establish program governance frameworks, delivery roadmaps, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Manage multiple project streams and coordinate cross-functional teams across Development, QA, Product, Infrastructure, and Business functions.
• Drive planning, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management of programs.
• Monitor program health through governance reviews, delivery dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality processes, delivery excellence practices, and compliance requirements.
• Support pre-sales engagements, solution reviews, effort estimations, proposals, and SOW creation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across programs and delivery teams.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Program or Delivery Management roles.
• Strong experience managing Application Development and Application Support programs within enterprise environments.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale technology programs using Microsoft technology stacks, including .NET-based applications.
• Strong exposure to Insurance domain processes and platforms.
• Experience managing large teams and multiple concurrent projects across geographies.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer engagement, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.
• Experience handling program financials, revenue forecasting, budgeting, and margin management.

Educational Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• PMP, SAFe, Agile, Scrum, or similar certifications will be an added advantage.
