Job summary

Inc42 Media in Delhi is seeking a Program Manager, Courses to drive end-to-end execution of executive programs and courses. You will own admissions through onboarding, lead program design with L&D, and ensure excellent fellow experiences while guiding growth and profitability.

You will manage sales and operations teams, track performance metrics, and shape the future of 21st-century learning at Inc42 Courses in a fast-paced, high-caliber community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in education or community-building setting.
• Excellent communication and structured writing skills.
• Experience managing sales and operations teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete fellow journey – admissions to onboarding, program conduction and post-program community engagement.
• Design, launch and refine programs, curriculums and learning modules with input from L&D team.
• Take ownership of program P&L, revenues, costs and profitability.
• Direct Inside Sales team, own admissions funnel and drive revenue.
• Direct Program Ops team to ensure seamless fellow experience and program conduction.
• Track detailed metrics and provide updates to key stakeholders.
• Foster vibrant learning communities through creative engagement initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities through admissions funnel analysis and strategic planning.

As a Program Manager, Courses at Inc42, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution and continuous improvement of our executive programs and courses. What You'll Do

• Program Ownership: Own the complete fellow journey – from admissions to onboarding, program conduction and post-program community engagement – ensuring excellent experience.
• Continuous Innovation: Design, launch and refine programs, curriculums and learning modules based on market trends, fellow feedback and latest pedagogical best practices along with the L&D team.
• P&L Ownership: Take complete ownership of program P&L, revenues, costs and profitability
• Sales Leadership: Directly manage the Inside Sales team, own admissions funnel and drive revenue
• Operations Leadership: Directly manage Program Ops team responsible for seamless fellow experience & program conduction
• Performance Tracking: Track detailed metrics and provide regular updates to key internal stakeholders
• Community Building: Foster vibrant learning communities through creative engagement initiatives with the Program Ops & Community team.
• Growth Identification: Rigorously analyse admissions funnel to uncover expansion and new opportunity areas
• Strategy Creation: Translate identified growth opportunities into detailed strategic plans and drive the execution for the same
