Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within the program
• Define program roadmap, objectives and success criteria
• Ensure alignment with strategic business goals
• Monitor dependencies, risks and inter-project impacts
• Drive timely execution and quality delivery
• Act as primary point of contact for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Build relationships across business, IT and external partners
• Communicate program status, risks and outcomes clearly
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts
• Ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned and managed effectively
• Develop and manage program budgets and forecasts
• Track actuals vs. planned spend and ensure cost efficiency
• Optimize resource allocation across projects
• Identify financial risks and implement corrective actions
• Ensure value realization and ROI tracking
• Identify program-level risks and mitigation strategies
• Proactively manage issues impacting timelines, cost, or quality
• Establish governance frameworks and escalation mechanisms
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies
• Define and track KPIs, dashboards and reports
• Lead cross-functional teams and project managers
• Mentor and guide team members
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement

Your future role

Key Responsibilities

• Foster collaboration, ownership, and accountability
• Mentor and guide project managers and team members
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement
