Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking a Program Manager to lead production support projects for mission-critical applications in a 24x7 model from Hyderabad.

You will manage client relationships, ensure SLA adherence, oversee service delivery, and drive continuous improvement through root cause analyses and coordinated teams.

You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and a trained, resourced delivery team ready to meet business needs.
