Primary Skills/Expertise

Providing Incident Resolution Support for Level 3 tickets/incidents/SRs and Change Management Support for both instances, Agile Admin Utility / Support.

Job Description

We are seeking an Agile consultant to handle Application Management – 3rd Level Support, Agile Configuration Management Support, and Agile Data Extraction Support. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to understand requirements, develop efficient transformations, and ensure successful implementation of application with a high level of customization and integration (training, EIFU, Label Printing, and lower integrations to data warehouse).

Responsibilities

Gather incident details from affected users or first and second level support analysts.
Troubleshoot incidents and work with Oracle Support if needed.
Implement resolution and close incident.

Support Coverage and Day‑to‑Day Activities

~6300 users across both environments (MPD 6000 & PSD 300).
Majority users in US West (Phoenix, Flagstaff), some in US East, and around 20% in the rest of the world.
All support expected in English.
Modules heavily used include Quality, Project, Change Management, Quality Management, Project Management.

Configuration Management Support

Provide technical expertise & guidance to the business.
Configuration management support.
Customization (Java and Agile SDK APIs, Events, Web Services and other frameworks).
Integration support.
Update and maintain relevant documentation.
Update and maintain training, DEV and PROD environments (with source control in Agile PLM).

Agile Data Extraction / Support

Support extraction of Agile data/files to provide support for several Data Migration teams.
Work with other stakeholders to resolve data/files extraction from Agile PLM using SQL or Advanced Searches and other tools as needed.
Perform data cleaning, preparation, reporting, and data analysis as needed.
Complete ad‑hoc projects relating to data investigations, follow‑ups on analysis results or other requests.
