Job Description – Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager with extensive experience in leading end-to-end, multi-year transformation programs, particularly in integration design and delivery across SAP, TMS, and Tier-1 WMS platforms such as Manhattan Active WM and Blue Yonder WMS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large, complex initiatives involving internal IT teams, system integrators, and product companies, ensuring that delivery remains within budget and aligned to strategic objectives.

This role is accountable for the successful delivery of integration and related workstreams within the WMS modernization program, with responsibility for scope, schedule, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. The Program/Delivery Manager will act as the single point of contact for senior IT leadership in the US, providing regular program updates and executive-level communication. The role requires strong leadership to influence and drive outcomes across cross-functional and multi-vendor teams—often without direct reporting lines—while leveraging broad technical expertise to challenge and optimize team estimations and delivery plans. Oversight extends from design through rollout and hypercare, with a focus on international collaboration and effective management of distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year transformation programs, ensuring all phases are managed effectively from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors to achieve program milestones on time and within budget.
  • Define and enforce best practices, methodologies, and standards for program execution, aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Establish and maintain standards, templates, and documentation for program delivery, testing, monitoring, and support.
  • Define and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure high standards of deliverables across all workstreams.
  • Monitor delivery progress, key performance indicators, and overall program health; report status to leadership and steering committees.
  • Take responsibility for project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting across all assigned workstreams.
  • Partner with leadership, architects, and business analysts to align requirements, timelines, and dependencies; provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify, elevate, and manage risks and issues; maintain RAID logs and drive mitigation strategies in coordination with PMO.
  • Demonstrate ability to challenge and optimize technical estimations and delivery plans across diverse teams.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 18 years of overall IT experience, including at least 10 years in program or project delivery leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale transformation projects within complex domains such as Supply Chain, Finance, or Ecommerce, while consistently tracking program costs and ensuring delivery within defined budgets.
  • Proven experience managing global, distributed delivery teams and multiple vendor engagements, with exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence and drive outcomes across diverse teams.
  • Exposure to key functional areas such as supply chain management, logistics, transportation, or warehousing processes.
  • Expertise in at least two to three of the following: integration services (including development and deployment), business intelligence (BI) report development, and SAP customizations.
  • Experience in defining and implementing QA strategies that ensure the delivery and deployment of high-quality deliverables across all workstreams.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall, or equivalent).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts, present to executive audiences, and provide clear, concise program updates.
  • Superior problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and successful program outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Prior experience as a Delivery Manager in WMS/TMS/ERP modernization programs.
  • Certifications in business intelligence, SAP, or quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB, SAP Certified Integration Associate) are desirable.
