Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Tech Program Manager with 10+ years of experience in technical project and program management to lead complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong cloud, API, CI/CD, and architecture understanding, plus demonstrated cross-functional leadership and Agile expertise.

Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools and excellent stakeholder management are essential to drive measurable outcomes and partner with Fortune 2000 clients globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, Project Management, or a similar technical role.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects end to end in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, databases, CI/CD, and application architecture.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and complex technology initiatives.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to understand technical trade-offs, challenge decisions constructively, and drive teams toward measurable outcomes.
