Job summary

Ascendion Engineering is seeking an accomplished Technical Project Manager to lead large, cross-functional software initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will drive end-to-end delivery, align stakeholders, and harness AI/GenAI tools to optimize outcomes.

The role requires deep SDLC discipline, cloud/API proficiency and strong leadership to steer multi-team efforts toward measurable results in Hyderabad, India.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical PM/Program Mgmt or similar role.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software engineering practices.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, databases, CI/CD, and application architecture.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and complex technology initiatives.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and leadership.
