Job summary

RGBSI is seeking a Program/Project Manager in Bangalore with 5-7 years of relevant experience to lead procurement and project execution across the supply chain.

You will manage ERF and RPM kit processes, coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics, and ensure timely work orders, material releases, and inventory control while supporting new product shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process procurement requests for newly designed parts, including ERF and RPM kits.
• Execute ERF and RPM kitting activities and conduct RPA material assessments.
• Create work orders, release materials, and ensure timely execution.
• Identify and resolve order shortages by coordinating with Purchasing for work order creation and material release.
• Collaborate with Logistics teams for efficient work order closure.
• Support shipment authorization for new products by coordinating the movement of engineering-owned materials to designated locations.
• Assist with procurement-related activities and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Manage inventory reservations for materials staged at different locations.
• Address and fulfill Order BOM requirements for newly designed components.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an MBA is preferred.
