Job summary

HR Central is seeking an IT Project/Program Manager to lead supply chain planning technology implementations in Bengaluru. The role is hybrid and requires 8+ years of experience in large ERP/SaaS deployments.

You will coordinate cross-functional projects, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery while maintaining strong vendor/client relationships. PMP/Prince2/CSM/SAFe certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience with a strong educational background from a reputed engineering/management institute.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale ERP or SaaS-based IT product implementations.
• Prior exposure to supply chain planning tools O9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/APO, JDA, Manugistics, or Oracle SCM.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, organize, and coordinate inter-connected projects across departments and geographies.
• Lead end-to-end program/project management planning, resource management, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication.
• Define project objectives, scope, assumptions, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Develop detailed project plans with tasks, timelines, resources, and status tracking.
• Act as the liaison between senior business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Own project delivery on-time and in-scope, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Drive periodic status reporting and maintain reusable documentation/lessons learned.
• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

About the Role

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with global/cross-functional teams
• FMCG/IT program exposure is an added advantage
• Certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO, or SAFe
