Responsibilities

• Experience in development of automotive components through launch phase.
• Manage, guide & coordinate a team of functional-product design engineer(s) and/or process engineers.
• Communicate & development of new product as per production requirements & customer requirement and standard.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Responsible for complete Exhaust system design & development, handling technical review meeting with customer.
• Responsible for making the time plan activities, proto part submission as per customer requirement & design approval.
• Review of New Project & engineering change.
• Responsible for process sequence & engineering of new assembly line set-up & productivity improvement.
• Ability to read drawings and understand and apply GD&T.
• Apply industrial policies and guidelines (Design Improvements, VAVE).
• Ability to solve problems on your own as well as work in a team to ensure minimum disruption to project plan, should have practical experience.
• Complete knowledge & understanding of Exhaust system and automotive parts.
• Team player with strong communication skills & international mind set.Role & responsibilities
