Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Bengaluru seeks an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead aerospace electronics projects. You will manage planning, cost control, and governance while coordinating with stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, and customers.

The role requires strong PM skills, extensive electronics background, and familiarity with aerospace standards. Candidates with DO-178/DO-254 knowledge and PMP are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 to 11 years of Industry experience in executing, leading and managing projects related to electronics product/systems.
• BE/B-tech/MTech in Electronics/electrical discipline
• Strong Project/program management skills.
• Strong communication, writing and decision-making skills along with interpersonal skills.
• Electronic product design background preferred.
• Knowledge of DO-178 and DO-254 is an added advantage.
• PMP certified added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Project planning tool.
• Proficient in Dashboard creations, tableau tool or Power BI tool.
• Awareness of Earned value management.
