Program Manager – Salesforce Project Manager (Bangalore, Karnataka, India)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, and ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals. This role requires strong project management expertise, solid Salesforce platform knowledge, and exceptional client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Salesforce projects from initiation through closure
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, RAID logs, and status reports
• Manage client expectations and act as the primary point of contact
• Coordinate with Salesforce Admins, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively drive mitigation plans
• Run governance calls, sprint planning, retrospectives, and steering committee meetings
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies as applicable
• Support change management, user adoption, and release planning
• Escalate issues appropriately and drive resolution effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall project management experience
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Salesforce projects
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall delivery models
• Proficiency in project planning, estimation, and tracking tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Excellent client communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities
• Ability to handle escalated projects and high‑pressure environments

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams
• Prior experience in consulting or system integrator environments
• Proactive and self‑driven
• Strong ownership mindset
• Results‑oriented with attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder and conflict management skills
• Highly organized and adaptable to change
