Job summary

ZEISS India is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead large or multiple software projects, plan and track agile development, and coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, QA, and Engineering to ensure compliant, high-quality software solutions. We value 8+ years in project management, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, automotive, healthcare) is preferred, with a focus on delivering on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Advanced knowledge in traditional project management and agile methods.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
• Experience in direct or lateral leadership of software developers and sub-disciplines of software development, such as algorithm developers or cybersecurity engineers.
• Experience in medical device software development or other regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities
