About the role:

• Oversee programs and initiatives from conception through delivery, coordinating efforts across multiple teams and departments
• Drive alignment between stakeholders with competing priorities by fostering clear communication and building consensus
• Track progress against timelines and budgets, removing blockers and adjusting plans as circumstances change
• Monitor key metrics and milestones to ensure programs remain on track and deliver intended outcomes
• Document decisions, action items, and program status to keep all parties informed

What you'll work on:

• Managing the workflow of complex initiatives that span multiple teams or business units
• Breaking down large programs into structured phases with clear deliverables and dependencies
• Facilitating meetings and sync points that keep distributed teams moving together
• Identifying risks early and developing mitigation strategies
• Building and maintaining dashboards that give leadership visibility into program health

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field
• Proven ability to juggle several projects or programs without dropping details
• Comfort with ambiguity and skill at making sound decisions with incomplete information
• Strong grasp of how to organize work, break it into tasks, and track completion
• Demonstrated success partnering with teams across engineering, product, design and business functions
• Track record of talking clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Aptitude for spotting inefficiencies and proposing process improvements

Preferred qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Agile or Scrum frameworks in a professional setting
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Jira, Notion, Asana, or equivalent tools
• Background in technology or product development environments
• Experience owning multiple concurrent projects or programs in a single role
