Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead ERP program governance, critical incident management, escalation handling, and executive stakeholder communication across complex enterprise environments.

You will own end-to-end governance for ERP initiatives, manage major incidents, drive risk and dependency management, and coordinate with SAP, Oracle, infrastructure, and business teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years in Program Management / Governance.
• Strong experience with SAP and Oracle ERP environments.
• Major Incident & Problem Management.
• ITIL / ITSM and Service Management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
