As a Program Management Associate, design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations that turn large, complex datasets into actionable insights for business decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making, leveraging large datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Engages with end-users and business stakeholders to understand requirements, conducts design discovery meetings, and translates business needs into effective visual and analytical solutions.
• Applies best practices in data visualization and advanced analytics, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and user engagement.
• Manages and implements data pre‑processing workflows, including data cleaning, transformation, validation, and management of complex data structures to ensure high‑quality inputs for visualizations and analytics.
• Develops financial applications and analytics solutions, supporting business decision-making through quantitative analysis and innovative workflow solutions.
• Handles multiple research, analytics, and visualization projects concurrently, often under tight deadlines and with minimal supervision.
• Responsible for managing user permissions, connection types, and extract/hyper refresh strategies in Tableau, while ensuring adherence to data management best practices.
• Maintains outstanding written and verbal communication skills, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and an inclusive, diverse work environment across cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Demonstrates a strong customer‑centric mindset and storytelling ability to communicate insights through visuals and analytics, while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovative solutions.
