We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with 3-4 years of experience who has strong expertise in SQL and Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining insightful dashboards and reports to support business decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions, from requirement gathering to final delivery and support.
• Own the complete dashboard lifecycle, including data understanding, data modeling, development, deployment, optimization, and stakeholder sign‑off.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business problems, translate them into analytical requirements, and propose data‑driven business solutions.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance to ensure efficient data retrieval.
• Use Python for data processing, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Integrate Tableau with various data sources such as relational databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to enhance data models and pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to Tableau reports and dashboards.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in stakeholder interactions.
