Indihire Consultants is seeking a senior FP&A professional to own the month-end close rhythm across multiple clients, coordinating pre-close readiness, in-close tracking, accruals, adjustments, and final performance reviews.

You will lead post-close reporting, client-level P&L reviews, variance analysis, and executive commentary on revenue, headcount, cost, and margin while driving forecasting cycles, budgeting, and long-range planning with business partners.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Finance, Chartered Accountant, CMA or equivalent finance qualification.
• Typically 8-12+ years of FP&A and finance business partnering experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of month-end performance management, forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning in a complex multi-client or multi-business environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive forecasting cycles, annual budgeting and long-range planning, ensuring assumptions are integrated, challenged, documented and aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with US finance and business leaders during contract and solution-development stages to create financial drafts and business cases, including expected headcount based on volumes, productivity assumptions, onshore/offshore mix and client-level margin.
