Job summary

Orbis Hospitality Services invites a curriculum professional to lead the end-to-end design, implementation and evaluation of our training curriculum. You will ensure the curriculum aligns with learning goals and organizational standards, and continuously improve quality across programs.

You will organize weekly lesson plan meetings to plan and teach the curriculum, assist with staff appraisal through classroom observations and goal setting, and make recommendations on professional development

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, implementation and evaluation of curriculum across training programs.
