Job summary

Rocket Learning, in partnership with ICDS Andhra Pradesh, is launching its ECCE program statewide. As a Program Lead, you will oversee planning, rollout, and management across districts, driving stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination.

You will recruit and guide regional academic experts and field staff, track performance indicators, and ensure timely reporting. The role requires travel across Andhra Pradesh and fluency in English and Telugu.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in program management, field operations or implementation roles (NGO or government partnerships preferred).
• Prior team management experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Forms, and basic data interpretation
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across Andhra Pradesh
• Excellent command of English and Telugu
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, mission-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Rocket Learning’s ECCE initiatives in Andhra Pradesh

About the Role

Required Qualifications
