Job summary

Rocket Learning is seeking a senior-level Program Lead-2 to promote, manage, and advocate its mission in Uttar Pradesh. You will lead a 100+ member operations team, coordinate with multiple functions, and work closely with the Lead - State Operations.

You will engage government systems (WCD/ICDS), liaise with civil servants, and translate field data into actionable insights to scale programs across the state.

Job description

The position is a senior-level full-time position to promote, manage, and advocate the mission and vision of Rocket Learning in the state. The Program Lead- 2 will work closely with the Lead - State Operations and will have the responsibility of managing Rocket Learning’s programs and operations team in Uttar Pradesh. As part of your responsibilities, you’ll get:

Exposure to government systems of early childhood education, particularly the WCD and ICDS, and ability to liaise with them on a regular basis.

Leading a team of professionals who will impact millions of young learners in the state of Uttar Pradesh

1.Establishing credible relationships with Civil Servants and Government Officers at the state level

2. Launching new programs and scaling existing Rocket Learning programs in the state

3. Work with state and district level officers to facilitate constructive ECCE policies in the state
