Position- Program Lead

Contractual Role

Location- Patna

The Program Lead Dairy Operations, Growth & TSU will lead the overall design and execution of Bihar Dairy Transformation Project, with direct ownership of dairy operations, procurement expansion, and infrastructure development, while providing strategic oversight across livestock & animal health and dairy marketing functions.

The role is anchored in strong technical expertise in dairy systems and requires the ability to integrate production, aggregation, processing, and market linkages into a cohesive and commercially viable model. The position will be responsible for ensuring that improvements in milk productivity, procurement systems, processing capacity, and market access translate into sustained increases in farmer incomes and system efficiency.
