Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Project Controls professional to oversee end-to-end project performance, develop project plans and cost/schedule baselines, and publish KPI-driven metrics for internal and external clients.
You will analyze variances, support forecasting, and apply Earned Value Management, with ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Microsiga). A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in project controls are required; PMI-SP or equivalent certification is preferred.
Your role will also include overseeing, supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end‑to‑end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success.
Join a team of specialists that provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell. You will partner with Integrated project team to develop project plans and create cost and schedule baselines. You will prepare and publish metrics and reports. You will analyze variances and review compliance to corporate guidelines across multiple teams. Your findings will drive decisions to improve the project/program performance impacting one or more site locations.
