Core Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end execution of events, webinars, podcasts, AI talks, conferences, and campus recognition programs.
- Act as the central coordination point between Sales, Engagement, Content, Webinar, Design, Video, and other internal teams.
- Convert business goals, leadership ideas, and client/campus commitments into structured execution plans with clear timelines, owners, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Plan and manage event workflows from ideation, research, agenda creation, speaker coordination, content planning, outreach, promotion, logistics, execution, and post‑event follow‑up.
- Work with the Content team to develop event themes, speaker notes, session flow, scripts, podcast questions, webinar content, communication copy, and post‑event summaries.
- Coordinate with Design and Video teams for creatives, invites, banners, social media assets, certificates, presentations, teaser videos, and post‑event videos.
- Manage campus‑level programs such as student recognition events, award ceremonies, placement‑focused sessions, training platform events, and AI‑led student engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate speaker outreach, participant communication, registration tracking, dry runs, calendar invites, reminders, and event‑day readiness.
- Ensure all internal teams are aligned on upcoming deliverables, deadlines, interdependencies, and execution responsibilities.
- Run regular sync‑ups and follow‑ups to resolve blockers, manage conflicting priorities, and keep execution on track.
- Maintain program trackers, event calendars, SOPs, checklists, run‑sheets, and post‑program reports.
- Track program status, risks, delays, resource gaps, and dependencies, and provide timely visibility to leadership.
- Capture post‑event feedback from Sales, Engagement, speakers, participants, and campus teams to improve future programs.
- Use AI tools to improve research, content preparation, documentation, project tracking, reporting, and executive updates.
What are we looking for in you?
- MBA preferred with 2–5 years of experience in program management, events, marketing operations, business operations, customer engagement, founder’s office, or cross‑functional project execution.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive tasks to closure across multiple teams.
- Experience in managing events, webinars, podcasts, campus programs, conferences, or engagement initiatives will be preferred.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and follow‑up skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities and multiple parallel deliverables.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, project trackers, documentation tools, and AI tools.
