Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed their UG/PG degree, preferably in fields like business or communications, and possess excellent communication skills. The position offers hands-on experience and mentorship from industry leaders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing (2026 batch passout) or recently completed UG or PG.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hackathons, partnerships, and student community building.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Prior experience in student leadership roles or event organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute Hackathons, Open Innovation Programs, and community engagement campaigns.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Identify and reach out to target audiences as per project requirements.
• Formulate outreach plans to engage identified audiences.
• Establish partnerships and collaborations for community participation.
• Manage and create active engagement on WUE Community on Discord.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Analyze data and user feedback for future project strategies.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance project efficiency.
• Show initiative to learn new skills.

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Associate. You will work closely with the Where U Elevate Team to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects including Hackathon Campaigns, Bootcamps, Academic Outreach, Open Innovation Programs and Saarthi Workshops. Exceptional interns will be offered up to 6 LPA.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and execute Hackathons, Open Innovation Programs, Bootcamps, Academic outreach Workshops and community engagement campaigns
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders and team members
• Identify and reach out to target audiences as per project requirements, including students, working professionals, and startups
• Formulate outreach plans to effectively engage with the identified audiences via email, social media platforms and community events
• Establish partnerships and collaborations with communities, startups, colleges, and professionals to encourage their participation
• Management & creation of active engagement on WUE Community on Discord with proper planning and execution of internal community events
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Analysing data and user feedback (project results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future project strategies.
• Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
• Have a growth mindset, if you don’t know how to do something, you take the initiative to learn how to do it
• Should be a good communicator, collaborator, and team player

Preferred Qualifications
