Job summary

Interview Kickstart is seeking a Program Advisor to engage prospective learners across the US market. This fully remote role requires night hours aligned with PST, and you will guide learners from goal setting to enrollment, using a consultative selling approach.

You will build relationships, manage a full sales cycle, and ensure enrollment targets are met while staying current on program offerings and pricing.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of inside sales, telesales, academic counselling, or B2C sales.
• Experience selling to US customers or international markets preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls in a target-driven environment.
• CRM proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to enrollment.
• Connect with prospective learners through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Understand customer goals and recommend Interview Kickstart programs.
• Answer questions about programs, curriculum, pricing, and outcomes.
• Build relationships with timely follow-ups and CRM updates.
• Stay informed about offerings and competitive landscape.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant programs.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Program Advisor to engage prospective learners across the US market. You'll guide them through their decision-making journey - from understanding their career goals to recommending the right program and supporting them through enrollment.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer questions related to programs, curriculum, pricing, and outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM.
• Stay informed about Interview Kickstart's offerings and the competitive landscape.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant programs where appropriate.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

What We're Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, academic counselling, or B2C sales.
• Experience selling to US customers or international markets is preferred.
