Job summary

Interview Kickstart is seeking a motivated Program Advisor to engage prospective learners across the US market. This fully remote role requires working US night hours (PST) and guides candidates from goals to enrollment.

You will manage the complete sales cycle, conduct outbound calls, recommend programs, answer questions, and maintain CRM records. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in inside sales or academic counselling, with Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho CRM experience.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, academic counselling, or B2C sales.
• Experience selling to US customers or international markets is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to successful enrollment.
• Connect with prospective learners through outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultative conversations.
• Understand customer goals and recommend the most suitable Interview Kickstart program.
• Answer customer questions related to programs, curriculum, pricing, and outcomes.
• Build strong relationships through timely and effective follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM.
• Stay informed about Interview Kickstart's offerings and the competitive landscape.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant programs where appropriate.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

What We're Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, academic counselling, or B2C sales.
• Experience selling to US customers or international markets is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a target-driven environment.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple customer interactions effectively.
